Support Details field length update

Based on customer request, the maximum length of the Support Details field in a product profile has been increased from 320 to 2048 characters. The character length is indicated in the text box and counts down as characters are added.

This change enables customers to provide more detailed and comprehensive support information, enhancing clarity and communication during support interactions.

To enter details in the Support Details field, when editing a product:

  1. In the Profile & Branding section in the left navigation, click Support. The Manage Support Information page opens.
  2. Enter the required details in the Support Details field under the Resources section.
